This work is titled Prosthetic Gods, derived from the concept of "prosthetic gods" in Sigmund Freud’s Civilization and Its Discontents. It stems from the idea that while human beings are inherently physically weak and imperfect, we have gained god-like powers by developing tools, machines, and technology. Although this theme underlies all of my work, in this piece, I used a small canvas to portray human beings transformed into machines, squirming within our information-driven society.
